Call time

A call time is the time a member of the crew or cast is required to arrive for a production. It's not one time for everyone: a rigger might be called for 07:00, the gallery for 08:30 and the talent for 09:30, staggered so each stage of the setup is ready when it needs to be.

Good call times are worked out backwards from the on-air time — the same back-timing logic used on the running order — so the production is ready in the right order rather than everyone arriving at once. Call times are listed for each person on the call sheet.
